127: Total Body Strength with Kyle

Overall Summary

This is an add-on class! You will start with one move per round building up to 7 moves. You will do some hinge-based moves. Since you will only be doing 7 moves in this class, you have plenty of opportunities to focus on your form, building muscle memory for any moves that may be new to you.

I do recommend doing some additional hamstring stretches before this class! Definitely felt tightness in my hamstrings mid-way through.
