163: Slow Flow Yoga with Molly

Overall Summary
If you have never done a slow flow with Molly, just know that Molly’s slow flows are the middle ground between slow and energetic flow yoga. She has a way to slip in some good core work, sometimes without you even realizing it! I did have to pause during this workout to get my dogs to settle.
This class is broken into three parts: Chest and side work, Legs and hip work (Pigeon, yay!!), then Sky Diver into Bow pose. I had never heard of Sky Diver. It is s prep pose for Bow (or an alternate to Bow if needed).
