Overall Summary
Get a full-body stretch with this class! I used this class as a cool-down after some total body strength work and it was amazing!
I will say, there are a lot of lunges in this flow. It’s pretty much building on different lunge variations throughout, moving from low crescent lunges to standing lunges by the end.
