190: Slow Flow Yoga with Jessica

Overall Summary
I was looking for something to stretch my lower back when I picked this class and boy did it deliver. There was some seated Tree pose, which was new to me, but felt great!
Also some fantastic cobra flows that helped loosen my entire spine. This class is very chill and a great stretch for your back, hips, and legs.
