192: Slow Flow Yoga with Molly

Overall Summary

Molly’s classes tend to be a blend of slow and energetic flow yoga, and this class is no different! You’ll get some good core work in!

The first part of the flow focuses on hip and core work before transitioning to lower body work. There are a lot of standing splits in this class. I did end up bringing in some blocks to assist. You’ll also move through Lizard, Scorpion, and Warrior I (always like to give a shout-out to Warrior I, I feel like it’s the forgotten Warrior pose!).
