Overall Summary

This is one of the older Apple Fitness+ videos and it’s great to see how far AF+ has come. The class is great, though it lacks some of the standardization that the newer classes have.

Some moves where you isolate one side at a time combine the timer (so both sides are included in one timer) and some have separate timers, which makes it a little hard to figure out how much longer you’ll be working a certain side. There is also some variety in whether or not the move is shown before you start or if you start with the coach…
