54: Slow Flow Yoga with Dice

Overall Summary
My hips and lower back really loved this flow! There were some moves I had not experienced before, so it was nice to have a new twist to the stretches.
This class focuses on holding you in some of the stretching poses. When he wants to, Dice can count really, really slowly, haha. I enjoyed the new twists on common poses. For example, there is a seated variant of Lazy Lizard!
It’s a straight forward class that will help loosen your lower body!
