80: Energetic Flow Yoga with Jessica
Overall Summary
Looking for a class that is halfway between Slow Flow and Energetic Flow Yoga? This is the class you’re looking for! The flow is pretty arm and shoulder intensive, so expect a little bit of a shoulder work out.
You also transition from a Crescent Lunge (with one knee on the ground) to a standing lunge without your hands, which was a bit rough the first couple times, but each time you do the transition it gets easier.
There is also a pose called Cleopatra Pose that I had never done before. I never actually got fully into the pose, but probably could have done a better job if I had checked out this video from Asana lab on the Cleopatra Pose.
