Overall Summary

Eight moves three times each in this class! Each time you do the move it gets shorter! The first time you do a move it is for 50 seconds, second time is 40 seconds, and third time is only 30 seconds. You’ll repeat each move three times before moving on.

Starting with light dumbbells, you’ll alternate between using light and heavy dumbbells every other move. So the first move uses light dumbbells, second move uses heavies, third move uses lights, etc. While this is a total body class and you will get some lunging and hinging in, I will say that I felt this more in my arms than my legs.

Marie’s Mods of Mods

  • One of the moves is Renegade Rows which is where you’re in a plank position (knees on ground or knees lifted), rows one arm then the other, do a pushup, then move back into a Child’s Pose. I’m using round dumbbells so they started to roll when I was doing the pushup and the weighted part of my dumbbells are really tall so it was uncomfortable moving back into a Child’s Pose. I instead just kept doing alternating rows for the duration of the move.
