95: Slow Flow Yoga with Jessica

Overall Summary
Really loved this flow! It is very chill and lets you really focus on your body. There’s a lovely Pigeon pose near the end that you get to hold for a while (y’all know I love me some Pigeon pose).
There’s nothing too complicated about this flow, so if you’re looking for a chill start to the day or a great way to wind down, this is a fantastic class! It really helps to open your lower back and hips.
