17: Total Body Strength with Amir

Overall Summary

This class has a fun mix of dumbbell moves and body weight moves! You have 3 blocks with 2 rounds each. There are 4 moves in each block. After the first round of 4 moves, you’ll do those same 4 moves in reverse order to finish off the block!

Note that there are no water break call outs in this class, so make sure you grab some water when needed! Check below for some additional modifications!

Marie’s Mods of Mods

  • Hinges plus a weak lower back can equal trouble! If you need to, drop down in dumbbell weight for the hinges. Experiment with lower weight and full hinge and heavier weights with a smaller hinge to see what works best for you!
