29: Upper Body Strength with Gregg

Overall Summary
Okay, I’ll admit it, the thumbnail for this workout scared me a bit and I’ve been avoiding it for a while. It looks like Gregg is doing flying pushups! And, he kind of half is, but is really wasn’t that bad.
You have nine moves that you’ll do for the first half of the class and then repeat them all in the second half of the class. Yes there are push ups (additional modifications below) and yes one of the push up variations is flinging your upper body into the air, but it wasn’t as awful as I had played it out in my head (and I am a vocal hater of push ups!).

- My active calories for this class are probably on the lower side since I opted for a lighter weight for any hinge-style moves. I recently threw my back out so I’m balancing strengthening my back with not throwing it out again. If you also have lower back issues, consider going for a lighter weight for hinge moves, and opt for trying to get a few more reps in!
