5 Apple Fitness+ Yoga Flows to Ease Lower Back Pain and Feel Rejuvenated!
I have had lower back pain for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it’s just a dull ache and other times I throw it out and am hobbling around the house like a goblin. Let’s just get it out there: Lower back pain sucks.
I found that when I practiced yoga regularly it, my lower back felt so much better. However, there are still days where I over work or under work my back and the pain creeps back up.
Recently I threw it out again and was shuffling around the house. I did the normal ice-then-heat it then rest it, but I also wanted to use some AF+ yoga practices to help stretch and strengthen it.
