Overall Summary
Loved this class! Only two blocks with four moves each. You’ll do each block three times before moving on. The moves are straight forward and time flies by! It seemed like I only just started when I looked at the timer and saw I was 20 minutes in.
There are some push ups, so check out the second below for some modifications if needed. The moves have a nice variety to them and you are able to adjust up or down as needed!

- For the second block I found that I needed to use lighter weights for some of the moves because I was coming out of proper form too often. Don’t sacrifice form for weight! Go down in weight and try to get a few extra reps in with solid form.
