Overall Summary

There are three rounds in this class with each round. In each round you have two lower body moves and a core move (spoiler alert, the core move is variations of side planks).

You repeat the two lower body moves twice before doing the core move. There are some hinges in this class. If you need some hinge modifications, check below.
